This site describes our done-for-you AI outreach service and lets you book an introductory call. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and if anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Results and claims
Figures on this site describe what the system is built and priced to deliver for qualified businesses. Results vary with your market, your offer, and your responsiveness to the meetings booked. Performance-based pricing, qualification criteria, and any specific commitments are defined in the written client agreement, not by this site.
Booking a call
Calls are scheduled through Calendly and are subject to Calendly's own terms. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side beyond showing up.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to this site or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape, republish, or misrepresent the content of this site.
- Pages generated for a specific company are for that recipient; do not access or share them beyond their intended audience.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Shift Ventures. Ownership of systems, accounts, and data used in a client engagement is addressed in the written client agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shift Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability arising from this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Liability under a client engagement is governed by that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute over this site lies in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
